Advanced Recovery

We now offer more advanced forms of data recovery which, in most cases, can recover data from even physically damaged disk surfaces. The software employs a non-defeat policy and repeatedly attempts the recovery of the damaged surfaces hundreds of times at random and is not made aware of any damage or errors on the drive. Its a bit like the average mother-in-law and never gives up until it wins! It also offers a way to recover data from drives with a damaged file allocation table, let me explain.

A file allocation table is the area of the disk surface where the filing system be it FAT, FAT32, NTFS, UNIX, EXT2 etc stores a reference to the details of the files stored on the drive but not the general content. It stores the filename, date, file attributes, security data and a lot of other things, if this reference is lost then the drive is incapable of locating the main contents of the file and hence is lost. Usually when this situation arises then the computer cannot boot at all.

Remote Data Backups

Unfortunately at this stage most people write-off there valuable data, years of accounts and personal information, irreplaceable holiday snaps and wipe their drives and start again.
This is not necessary as with the right recovery environment most popular files can be recovered by scanning the disk surface and identifying a file by its header and other identifiers and can be rebuilt, basically the software works in reverse, it finds the file and rebuilds the index to the file giving it a new filename with the correct associated extension.

Electronically dead drives are still very difficult for us to recover data from but we have recently successfully recovered 100% of data from a drive with a blown circuit board. We are still researching this technology and further updates will be available soon.

WE HAVE A 99% SUCCESS RATE FOR DATA RECOVERY FROM BIOS ACKNOWLEDGED HARD DRIVES
